Guaymas catalonia is named after a fishing village on Mexico s Sea of Cortez, and both the town and the restaurant are famous for their camarones (giant shrimp). The restaurant also features ceviche, handmade tamales, catalonia and charcoal-grilled beef, seafood, and fowl.
